When inmates and calling parties place phone calls, these calls are dialed and completed through Integrated Voice Response (IVR) systems. The ENFORCERĀ® calling platform is supported by two main IVRs.
These IVRs have been programmed with a wide range of voice prompts and messages that play to the inmate, called party, calling party, or both parties. These prompts and messages collect required information and direct inmates, called parties, and calling parties through call billing, verification checks, information requests/retrieval, and actual phone conversations.
