  • Investigators.
  • Attorneys or public defenders.
  • Correctional facility warden or official who may want to monitor activity in The ENFORCER® from outside the facility.

Certain users log in to The ENFORCER® user interface from within the correctional facility. These users may include:

  • Booking personnel.
  • Administrative personnel.
  • Selected users who may perform more advanced ENFORCER® functions.

You or the Site Administrator should bookmark The ENFORCER® site address on your Internet browser.

Single Sign On

The ENFORCER® is compatible with the single sign-on (SSO) authentication method. Single sign-on enables agency staff to log in to The ENFORCER® using their agency credentials instead of remembering new login information.

To learn more about this optional login type, see Single Sign On.

Multi-Factor Authentication

Your agency can enable two-factor authentication for all users except for users associated with ICSolutions and Praeses. Additionally, your users can enable multi-factor authentication for themselves.

To learn more about this optional login type, see Multi-factor authentication.
