Inmate Information
Overview
The Inmate tab of The ENFORCER® dashboard provides a centralized area for accessing and editing the Inmate Detail page for a selected inmate. This displays information about the inmate as well as that inmate's use of The ENFORCER®. For more detailed information about the Inmate Detail page, see The Inmate Detail Page.
How an Inmate Detail Page is Created
The initial information on an Inmate Detail page is provided from one of three sources:
- The facility's Jail Management System via an XML file or other type of interface.
- An external source such as an existing Commissary application at the facility.
- Manually adding the inmate and entering the information, usually at a local or county facility.
Manually adding an inmate from the Inmate Search page is not the preferred method. The facility's Jail Management System or an external source such as an existing Commissary application at your facility will add new inmates and automatically create an Inmate Detail page.
The Inmate Detail page for a selected inmate can be accessed by clicking Inmate under the Inmate tab. For information on finding a specific Inmate Detail page, click here.
