Outside Callers Dial Into The ICS Attendant℠ IVR
ICSolutions® offers The Attendant℠ IVR, which is an informational IVR system to provide both public and inmate callers with an automated method to retrieve information. This system provides access to basic facility information, such as location, visitation hours, etc. At agencies where an appropriate interface can be configured with the agency Jail Management System, additional inmate-specific information can be accessed, such as upcoming court dates, bond amounts, release dates, etc.
The Attendant℠ IVR system also provides public callers access to the ICSolutions® payment systems, which enable funding of both Prepaid and Inmate Debit Calling accounts. Additionally, The Attendant℠ IVR can provide public callers access to the Inmate Voice Messaging system if available at the facility. This function enables Prepaid Calling account holders to leave voice messages for inmates.
All the aforementioned options can be consolidated for access through a single phone number that can be published on the facility website and in printed material available at the facility. One example of this would be the facility pointing its own dial-in phone number to this system. After this phone dial-in number has been activated for the facility, The Attendant℠ IVR can be accessed by any outside callers, including friends and family, as well as attorneys, bail bond companies, and law enforcement agencies.
Call Flows
The ICS Attendant℠ IVR Main Menu
This is the master menu for the ICS Attendant℠ IVR. The options available from this menu depend on which and how many ENFORCER® modules or functions are running at the agency or facility.
This call flow also incorporates one of the options in the ICS Attendant℠ IVR, which enables Prepaid Collect Account holders to access an automated system to deposit calling funds. The calling party can deposit funds into either their Prepaid Collect account or the inmate’s Debit Calling account.
Leave Voice Message for Inmate
Selected from the ICS Attendant℠ IVR Main menu, this option enables a Prepaid Collect Account holder to leave voice mail messages for the inmate associated with this account.
