Performing a Wildcard Search

Since the ENFORCER® call records database can contain thousands of call records at a larger facility, you can use the ‘*’ character to perform a wildcard search to limit the results to a smaller list of phone numbers, CSNs, or inmate IDs.

• 204* returns all call records for all phone numbers with a 204 area code.
• *2204 returns call records for all phone numbers that end in 2204.
• *4333* returns call records for all phone numbers that contain 4333 anywhere in the 10-digit number.
• id:187* returns all inmate IDs that begin with 187.
• csn:679* returns all call sequence numbers that begin with 679.
