Playing a Call Recording

You can access a call recording from the Call Records results screen by clicking in the Action column for a selected call record.

If is displayed in the Action column, then the call was not recorded, such as a call between an inmate and an attorney.

When you access a call recording, The ENFORCER® opens the Web Player, which is discussed in The ENFORCER® User Guide and will soon be available on this wiki.
